Panop has incorporated Panop UG in Berlin, establishing the company's first European presence. The entity will serve the German, European Union and NATO markets as demand for Panop's electronic warfare and autonomous systems continues to grow across the continent.

The expansion follows sustained engagement with European defence customers and investors, and positions Panop to deliver PlatypOS — its software-defined cognitive electronic warfare system — directly to European operators and programmes. A European presence also opens the path to European investment and enables more rapid iteration with the forces in Ukraine whose operational reality shapes the system's development.
